Aging:

Aging in French Oak Barrels of second use for 9 months. Natural clarification.

Tasting:

Cherry Red Color. Aromas of cherries and strawberries ripe, with subtle spicy notes. In Boca it is sweet entry, with good acidity that provides freshness, Rough textured tannins, accompanied by a finish sucrose and persistent.
