Winemaking: 100% barrel fermented, 100 % malolactic 7 months in 80% American / 20% French oak

Winemaker's Notes: Think crème brulée and buttered toast, with a fresh finish. Our rich Chardonnay flaunts a time-honored profile of tropical fruit and Bosc pear alongside warm oak aromatics.
