GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo

WOOD: Three months in barrel.

COLOR: Intense ruby color with garnet rims.

SCENT: Predominance of black fruit with hints of cherry, blackberry and blueberries of good intensity. The passage through the barrel gives it more complexity with somewhat spicy balsamic toffee and vanilla aromas.

ENTHUSIASM: In the mouth it is fruity and tasty with mineral and toasted touches provided by the barrel. It is a very round wine with ripe tannins and good concentration.

AFTERTASTE: Long and pleasant, the fruitiness and good integration of the barrel aromas stand out.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND PAIRING: Ham and all kinds of cheese starters. White and red meats and game birds.
