Made according to the traditional method from the blend of the best Macabeo and Parellada wines. Minimum aging between 1 and 1.5 years in bottle.
Tasting note
Yellow in color with greenish reflections and a fine bubble. The varietal aromas are complemented by milky notes and a delicate background of white fruit (apple, pear). On the palate, it is pleasant, with a perfectly balanced acidity and well-integrated carbon, which leaves a broad and persistent taste.
